I Need To Return An Item

We pride ourselves on offering great value, high quality and an extensive selection for all your IT purchases. However, there may be occasions when you will need to return items to us.

We have broken down the reason for returning a product into 5 main categories. Before we can process any return you need to a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) Number. This will be provided on completing the relevant form below.


1. Items not used and "as new" with 10 days of receipt

If you have changed your mind about any item ordered and you wish to return it, then in line with the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) you can do so provided you inform us of your decision within 10 days of receipt.

The item must not be used and must be 'as new' when returned to us. The cost of returning the items is at your own expense.

Once the item is received, our returns department will inspect the item(s) and we'll issue a refund for the product to your original payment method once the item has been inspected and authorised. Please note this policy has some limitations and does not apply to business customers. Please see our full terms and conditions.

2. The items delivered are not correct -- notified within 3 days of receipt.

With over 200,000 product codes and hundreds of suppliers, occasionally the wrong item gets picked by hand (or robot). Whilst this occurace is rare, if you find that you have been supplied with the wrong item then please let us know straight away so we can rectify the error.

When the item has been received, our returns department will inspect the return and as soon as it has been authorised we will issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method.

3. Items Damaged in Transit -- notified within 24 hours.

If any items were damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us within 2 working days (please note that this is 24 hours for our business customers).

If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, it's best to sign the carrier's delivery note accordingly. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation.

Once the item is received, our returns department will inspect the items and we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method once the item has been inspected and authorised.

4. Items Faulty on Arrival (notified within 5 days)

If your items are faulty on arrival, you have 5 calendar days in which to inform us of the fault (please note that for our business customers, this is 2 calendar days).

Items need to be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once we have verified the fault, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method.

We test returned items, and if a returned item is found not to be faulty by our technicians we will return the item to you, in this instance you will be liable for the return carriage.

5. Items Faulty in Warranty Period

If any of your purchases develop a fault, and it's more than 28 calendar days since receipt, then provided your item is within its warranty period, you are entitled to a warranty repair.

In most cases, manufacturers provide a specialist services to replace you items and to fix faults. For your convenience we recommend you contact the manufacture directly use in order to correct the fault quickly. We can provide assistance in putting you in contact with the manufacture(s) during the warranty period.
